HOW to use

Hold the base of your cup, flatten the opening and fold in half.
Insert
Angle your cup towards your tailbone and insert it upwards until the removal loop is inside.
Place correctly
Rotate the cup slightly left and right or lightly pull down on the cup. If it doesn't move, the seal is formed.
Remove
To remove, grab the removal loop and softly squeeze the base to release the seal. Gently pull the removal loop downwards.
Size guide
Size A is recommended for women who have not given birth or for those who have given birth by caesarean.
Size B is recommended for women who have given birth or for those who have been diagnosed with a weaker pelvic floor.
